How will my goods be delivered?
Goods can be delivered either loose tipped off the back of the truck, or delivered in a bulk bag.
When goods are delivered by bulk bag, in most of London we will deliver on our own veichles equipped with a crane offload. For the rest of the UK we distrubute goods via various pallet network companies. The bulk bag is placed on a pallet and offloaded by a pallet truck. You can see by the 3 videos below how each of the 3 different types of deliver take place.

Please note that our delivery vehicles are full size HGV's and therefore cannot go down tight alleys or on soft ground.
It should be noted that customers ordering bulk bags cannot choose whether they have a crane offload or delivery on a pallet. It depends on your location as to by what means the goods will be delivered.
We will always attempt to get the goods dropped as close as possible to where they are needed, but vehicles must not leave the public highway if it is deemed by the driver as unsafe to do so.
