TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your goods as close as possible to the desired delivery date and time specified. In some case this will not be possible and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Deliveries can be made between 8am and 6pm, Monday - Saturday.
Delivery lead times may vary according to the time of year, so please ensure orders are placed in good time, before the goods are required. It is not possible to give precise times for a delivery on any specific day.
Delivery Charges
The following haulage charges apply:
- less than 4 miles - £15.00
- 5-10 miles - £3.50 per mile
- 10-30 mile - £3.00 per mile
- over 30 miles - £100
- All orders to be delivered inside the London congestion charge area a £8.00 charge will be added.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us . If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Cancellation Rights and Guarantee
Turf is perishable and is cut to order. If you wish to cancel you order we must receive notification two days before the confirmed delivery date.
Whilst taking every care to ensure that plants,trees,
turf etc, are supplied in good healthy condition, true to name,
no warranty expressed or implied is given as to description or productivity,
and we cannot accept resonsibility for losses caused by adverse
weather conditions or situations beyond our control, including improper
aftercare or maintenance.
All plants, goods and materials offered are subject
to availabilty, and prices quoted do not include V.A.T.which will
be applied at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices,
if necessary, without prior notice.
Complaints
Springbridge Direct believes that all goods supplied are of the highest quality and attempt to provide an excellent service at all times. However, should any goods or aspect of our service not meet your expectations please let us know within 7 days of the receipt of your goods by emailing customerservices@springbridgedirect.co.uk or by writing to:

We will acknowledge receipt of all complaints by return and endeavour to fully answer all queries within 5 working days. If your query cannot be answered fully in this time, we will contact you to advise a likely timescale for resolution.
