How will my goods be delivered?
Goods can be delivered either loose tipped off the back of the truck, in bulk bags or on a pallet.
When goods are delivered by bulk bag, for most addresses in the Home Counties & London, we will deliver on our own vehicles equipped with a crane offload (the cranes can reach approximately 5 metres). Please note that the cranes cannot operate if there are overhead obstructions, e.g. cables or low-hanging tree branches.
Please note that for certain (usually non-bulk-bag) orders within the Home Counties & London, our default mode of delivery is via our pallet network, as opposed to crane offload. If you have any particular requirements (for example, if crane offload is essential) or concerns over this please call our office on 0333 456 1921 and we will always do our best to meet your needs.
For the rest of the UK we distribute goods via various pallet network companies. The bulk bag is placed on a pallet and offloaded by a pallet truck. You can see by the 3 videos below how each of the 3 different types of deliver take place.

Please note that our lorries are full size HGVs, so may not be able to get down particularly narrow lanes, or under low bridges. A good rule of thumb is that if a fire engine or dust cart is able to fit down your road, then our lorries should fit the majority of the time. Our lorries range in weight from 7.5 to 32 tonnes, so if there are weight-restrictions, red routes or any other restrictions for large lorries then please let us know on 0333 456 1921.
For goods delivered via our pallet network, please bear in mind that the pallet truck can only operate on flat, hard, level surfaces, and cannot operate on rough, uneven surfaces such as gravel, grass or steep inclines. In such scenarios delivery will be as close to the drop-point as possible, as deemed by the driver. If you feel this would affect you, please give us a call on 0333 456 1921 as we may have other options.
Drivers are unable to enter private residences, so the customer is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made.
If delivery cannot be made due to access issues, there may be a re-delivery charge at Springbridge Direct's discretion.
Pallets and Empty Bulk Bags are non-returnable and non-refundable.
