At Springbridge, delivery plays a key role in keeping projects moving.
As demand continues to grow across landscaping and construction, we have expanded our fleet with two new 8 wheeler flatbeds with crane. This brings our total fleet to 25 vehicles and strengthens our ability to deliver materials efficiently and reliably across a wide range of sites.
Why delivery matters on site
For contractors and developers, material delivery is closely tied to project timelines. Delays or limitations in delivery can impact progress, labour scheduling and overall efficiency.
Whether supplying turf, topsoil or aggregates, the ability to deliver larger volumes and coordinate with site requirements helps reduce disruption and keep work on track.
What the new vehicles add
The addition of two 8 wheeler flatbeds with crane increases both capacity and flexibility.
These vehicles allow for larger loads to be delivered in a single trip, while the crane enables more controlled offloading. This is particularly useful on sites where access is restricted or where materials need to be placed accurately.
Being able to deliver and position materials more precisely helps reduce handling time and improves overall efficiency on site.
Supporting a range of project types
With a fleet of 25 vehicles, Springbridge is able to support a wide variety of delivery requirements.
This includes bulk deliveries for larger developments, as well as more controlled deliveries where access or layout requires a more considered approach.
Having the right vehicle available for each job allows materials to be supplied in a way that suits the site, rather than a one size fits all approach.
Planning ahead during busy periods
As we move into peak periods, demand for both materials and delivery naturally increases.
We are already seeing schedules fill up as larger projects begin to plan ahead. Booking deliveries in advance, particularly where crane offload is required, helps ensure availability and avoids unnecessary delays.
Closing note
Expanding the fleet is part of a wider focus on improving how materials are delivered to site.
Reliable delivery supports smoother project progression and helps maintain standards from the ground up.
If you are planning upcoming work and would like to discuss delivery options, our team is always available to help.
